Lake Wenatchee is seven miles long and one mile wide. It is known for how deep and cold and windy it is…unless you end up on one of those perfectly sunny water-is-like-glass kind of days that you will never forget. Many summer days start out perfectly calm, but as it warms up out east the wind kicks up and so do the waves. The State Park has easy lake access for your boat, SUPs or kayaks. It has a large sandy beach and bathrooms and is all around an amazing place to spend the day.
